01Agreement
These terms govern your use of automata-hq.com, including joining a product waitlist. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02The service
Automata HQ is pre-launch. This site describes the team workspace for AI agents we are building and collects waitlist signups. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, features, or a release date; invitations go out in waves at our discretion, and the product may change before launch.
03Acceptable use
Use the site as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt or probe it, sign up with email addresses you do not control, misrepresent who you are, or harvest content or data from it by automated means.
04Intellectual property
The Automata HQ name, the glider mark, and the content of this site belong to Automata HQ. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in our products or brand to you.
05Disclaimers and liability
The site and any pre-release software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automata HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
06Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the products approach release; the date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hello@automata-hq.com.
