01Scope
This policy describes what Automata HQ ("we") collects when you visit automata-hq.com or join a product waitlist, and how we handle it. It covers this website only. Our tools are local-first by design and run on your own machine.
02What we collect
If you join a waitlist, we store the email address you provide, the product you signed up for, and the time of signup. We also collect basic, aggregate site statistics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate region — to understand interest. We do not build individual profiles.
03How we use it
We use your email address to send early-access invitations and occasional product updates. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers who deliver email and hosting on our behalf.
04Your code stays yours
Our tools run locally. Your source code, credentials, and model keys stay on your machine; they are not transmitted to us, and this site collects none of them. Anything the tools send to a model provider goes directly from your machine using keys you supply.
05Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is open or until you ask us to remove it. To have your information deleted, email us and we will confirm removal within thirty days. Reach us at hello@automata-hq.com.
